Lolë NYC Meet- Up, Saturday, March 18th- 9:30am: Come stretch your body and mind in an hour long yoga class for runners.  In light of the the NYC half marathon on March 19th, we will be stretching our hamstrings and our hearts.  Whether you are running in the race, or just racing in this marathon of life, we could all use encouragement to keep moving when the going gets rough.  All that is needed is a yoga mat and an open heart!
